Emergency Responder Communication Enhancement Systems

WHY CHOOSE MANN RF

ERCES

Mann RF has over 40 years of combined experience working with Fire, Police, EMS, Municipal/Town inspectors and local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) in delivering code compliant systems.

ERCES FIELD SURVEY REPORT

Our team performs radio coverage grid testing for Police, Fire, and EMS systems, documenting signal level (RSSI) and portable radio transmission audio quality (DAQ). After the survey, we provide a compliance report that the town AHJ uses to determine if an ERCES is required.

ERCES Grid Testing & Compliance Report

Mann RF Services uses state-of-the-art test equipment and a comprehensive checklist to assess the variables associated with deploying a code-compliant cost-effective solution.

An ERCES project is typically performed in two phases. The initial phase consists of testing the wireless radio system used by the municipal first responders via portable radio audio quality testing and signal level measurements (GRID Test).

The second phase, referenced as design-build, is warranted if the test phase resulted in a non-compliant result.

Our onsite evaluation includes:
