    PRESIDENT

    Ernie has over 50 years of diverse wireless engineering and technical experience having worked for TX RX Systems, Raytheon and Central Maine Power, and Mann Wireless, which he co-founded in 1998. After a successful tenure with the company, Ernie decided to focus on providing consulting services for the wireless industry and formed Mann RF.

  • Justin Ross

    VICE PRESIDENT OF ENGINEERING

    Justin has been a part of the Mann RF team for the last four years. Before his time with Mann RF, Justin graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering followed by working as an engineer at the naval nuclear lab.

  • Will Mann

    VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

    Will has been around Mann RF his whole life and started working for the company seven years ago. He graduated with a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State Global in 2022 while working with Mann RF.

  • Logan Taylor

    VICE PRESIDENT OF ACCOUNTING

    Logan Graduated from Florida Southern University in 2021 with master’s degrees in both Business and Accounting. Logan has been working with Mann RF for three years, taking care of the finances and product procurement.
